Located in the busy and Central area of Winnellie, Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers over the phone.

**Responsibilities**

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
• Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and recommendations when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Update and maintain customer records in our database
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

**Requirements**

• Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a phone-based environment
• Excellent phone manner with outstanding verbal communication skills
• Strong listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet performance targets
• Proficiency in using Customer Service software, databases, and computer systems
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for providing exceptional Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
