• Prior experience in Customer Service, preferably in the transport or logistics industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics processes is a plus
• Wiliness to participate in company's social media videos and podcast
