Duties
- Communicate daily with customers via email, chat and in person when needed.
- Utilising the inventory control system and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, both locally and overseas ( predominantly sales, marketing, & dispatch).
- Execute order to cash activities for all customer order types.
- Building & maintaining relationships with customers, sharing your strong product knowledge to enhance the visibility of the brand.
- Schedule internal client meetings.
- Assist with organisation of events and conferences.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service in a medical device or biotechnology environment highly valued but not imperative.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
- High empathy with the desire to improve the customer experience.
- A self-starter who can take initiative.
- Must be agile to pivot and change priorities as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
- Ability to investigate & problem solve.
