To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TPS, you will be the front line ambassador of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in person. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through sales support, service, and managing administrative tasks such as raising quotes, sales orders, invoices, and receipts. Additionally, you will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, manage payments, and follow up on late payments. Representing TPS positively and professionally at all times is essential.
