Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilise SAP, EDI, or CRM systems to manage customer accounts and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call centre or similar Customer Service role.
- Knowledge of SAP, EDI, or CRM systems is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
