It's All About the Role:
As a pivotal member of this team, the Customer Service Representative holds a crucial position at the core of their sales function. Reporting to the CSR Team Leader, your responsibilities include monitoring and promptly addressing incoming quote requests with impeccable attention to detail. You will validate purchase orders against quotes, support the CSR Team Leader in handling escalations and issue resolutions, and contribute collaboratively to the team's success. Your role involves following established processes and procedures, utilising company systems efficiently, and ensuring the timely provision of information.
