It's All About the Role:
As a pivotal member of this team, the Customer Service Representative holds a crucial position at the core of their sales function. Reporting to the CSR Team Leader, your responsibilities include monitoring and promptly addressing incoming quote requests with impeccable attention to detail. You will validate purchase orders against quotes, support the CSR Team Leader in handling escalations and issue resolutions, and contribute collaboratively to the team's success. Your role involves following established processes and procedures, utilising company systems efficiently, and ensuring the timely provision of information. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have prior CUSTOMER SERVICE or inside sales experience, and possess strong communication skills, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global cybersecurity leader.

You will bring prior experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE or inside sales, coupled with familiarity with sales quoting and related software/systems. Your strength lies in delivering exceptional CUSTOMER SERVICE, showcasing a keen eye for detail, and demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
