How will you support our “Why?”
Build rapport and provide advice and support to customers in response to enquiries
Investigate and overcome customers’ reasons for wanting to cancel their service/s
Sign onto the queues and assist our Customer Service Team when/if necessary for overflow support
Listen and understand customer concerns and developing solutions while managing through to a resolution
