About the Role:
This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career in Customer Service, with comprehensive training provided. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch after-sales support to our valued client base. But it doesn't stop there; we don't just teach you service skills; we also equip you with the tools to sell service solutions effectively to customers.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering sales and service inquiries, upselling products, handling warranty claims, managing inquiries and tracking orders.
Our client base primarily comprises 8000 tradespeople, and this role is all about providing them with exceptional service and demonstrating your outstanding Customer Service skills.
