About you:
- Previous experience in a phone based role with client retention experience highly regarded, open to retail and hospitality experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- An ability to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Ability to problem solve in a timely and confident manner
- A background in banking or financial products or a start-up tech environment
- You will be a flexible person who is able to pivot for projects
- Able to handle challening conversations occasionally
- Retentions experience highly regarded!

- Address business customers' queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.through inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.
- Engage with non-transacting customers, address concerns, and facilitate transactions.
- Handle customer cancellations with the aim of resolving issues and retaining customers.
- Review reports and develop action plans to proactively retain customers.
- Provide education to merchants on product features and basic terminal usage
- Office based with flexibility
