About the role
This full-time role is situated in our customer contact centre, located in Springwood. You will be working a set shift between Monday and Friday, with Saturdays rostered on rotation. After a qualifying period, you will be eligible to work from home two days per week if desired.
This is a pivotal role, as you are quite often the first contact a customer has with our business, and we all know that first impressions last.
You must be able to work as part of a team to achieve set KPI's, and more importantly, give every client you touch base with an exceptional experience.
The main duties of the position are as follows:
- Conducting and receiving inbound and outbound enquiry from internal and external clients, both over the phone and via email
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Data entry using Microsoft Office programs and our internal database
- General administration duties
- Most importantly, leave every person you interact with feeling better for having spoken with you

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent Customer Service skills, well developed and clear communication skills, and the desire to put a smile on the faces of everyone you interact with. Call centre experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
