We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated sales admin and CUSTOMER SERVICE professional to jump into our team, roll up their sleeves and “get it done” to help us provide even BETTER levels of support to our customers, our co-workers and everyone in our team.
The Role:
Day to day, in your role as sales admin at Dependable Laundry Solutions, you'll be the backbone of our operations.
You'll be the support to our laundry sales specialists, processing orders received by them, booking in freight and ensure the equipment is getting to the customer in a timely manner.
Some days you’ll be talking with contractors and sending work orders for jobs needing completion, other days you’ll be invoicing out completed jobs and every day you will be communicating with our team and customers regularly via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing of completed Sales and Service jobs.
- Booking Freight and tracking to ensure jobs are delivered correctly, being the liaison between our customers and freight partners.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to our customers, rapidly responding to phone and email inquiries, resolving order and freight issues, and always offering expert advice with a friendly smile.

- Detail-Oriented: spelling mistakes and wrong details annoy you. You know that the first step to great CUSTOMER SERVICE is an obsession with details and getting them right.
- Organised and Efficient: A quiet day and you get bored. You love having your finger in many pies to ensure a smooth customer experience. You can juggle multiple tasks, from multiple stake holders and prioritise your work to ensure the critical tasks are sorted – but, you also know when to stop and ask your leader instead of guessing.
- Excellent Communicator: Phone, Email, In Person, Carrier Pigeon, Smoke Signal… If attention to details is the first step to CUSTOMER SERVICE, you know the second step is surely incredible communication – no matter how you are communicating, you are clear, concise, provide benefit to the customer and always do it with a positive tone.
