About the Role …
Come and join Australia's No 1 Tyre Retailer. An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will be providing customers with outstanding Customer Service and guiding them to a decision that best meets their wants and needs.
You will be working in a well-equipped and organised workshop, closely alongside mechanics, tyre technicians and wheel aligners to deliver an industry leading level of Customer Service.
Your day-to-day tasks would include…
- Administrative duties
- Assisting workshop when required (Tyre Fitting)
- Attending to customers face-to-face as well as via phone and email
- Convey customer requirements and concerns to the workshop accurately
- Liaising with all staff on current and upcoming jobs in the workshop
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Handling and processing payments.
- Maintaining sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records
Required to be successful in this role…
- Preferably 2 or more years’ experience in automotive sales face-to-face and Customer Service.
- Experience as a Tyre Fitter (desired)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, but also unsupervised.
- Computer Literate
- Previous experience working in Costar or equivalent ERP
- MUST have experience in the automotive tyre industry.
- MUST be available Saturdays (8am to 11am)
- MUST have a current manual drivers license
