Fernwood Fitness Tuggeranong, is an award winning women's health and fitness club, which is open to our members 24/7. With key-tag access, our members can work out at any time convenient for them.
The club has recently been renovated and truly offers everything a women would want in a gym. We have large group fitness timetable featuring strength, cardio and mind and body classes including yoga and Pilates. We have a generous gym floor space with loads of equipment, FIIT30 classes, a state of the art ‘Mind and Body’ studio, which offers hot yoga and hot Pilates classes, a Reformer Pilates studio, fully accredited dietitian and exercise physiologists, personal trainers and a creche for our members little ones.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service and Sales Superstar, you'll be the friendly face and enthusiastic voice of our club, dedicated to providing top-notch service to our amazing members.
Your main goal?
To empower and support women on their health and fitness journeys while driving sales through genuine connections and personalized recommendations.
What We're Looking For:

✨ Sales Experience: You know how to close a deal while keeping the customer's needs front and centre.

✨ Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot with ease.
✨ Great Phone Manner: Your phone skills are as smooth as butter, and you leave customers feeling heard and valued.
✨ Flexibility: We require someone with flexibility to cover various shifts as needed, however we also have an immediate need for someone to be available for the following shifts:
Wednesdays 8:30am - 4:30pm
Thursdays 11:30am - 7:30pm
Saturdays 8:45am - 12pm
What You'll Do:
⭐ Assist members and potential members with membership inquiries via phone and email.
⭐ Build genuine connections with members and potential members, to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
⭐ Drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.
⭐ Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
⭐ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings within the club.
⭐ Get out and about in the community to source leads and build relationships.
