Great opportunity to join a large NSW government organisation as a Customer Service Support Officer on a 3 month contract. This role will be in Wagga Wagga and will require you to drive to the Dubbo office on occasion.
About the Role
- Provide high quality generalist service as the first point of contact for the contact centre customers.
- Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledge to transfer customers to appropriate contact centre specialists in a courteous, accurate and efficient manner.
- Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions across all interaction channels.
- Escalate more complex enquiries and transactions to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues
- Demonstrated Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Drivers licence required
