About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our small but mighty team and lead the way in delivering exceptional support to our customers all over Australia. As Team Leader, you'll foster a collaborative environment and guide your team to exceed customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Areas of responsibility include:

  • Direct the Customer Service team with priorities and ensure all enquires are handled in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the phone operations of the Customer Service team 
  • Process customer orders from inbound phone calls and emails 
  • Modify and update sales orders from the sales reps when requested
  • Oversee and complete daily processes as required including Order Fulfilments, Order Releases and other tasks

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a minimum 2 years' experience in a Customer Service leader role handing inbound/outbound calls and emails.

 Other important skills and experience include:

  • Experience using NetSuite or similar Oracle ERP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer issues 
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Customer Service best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and records
