Are you an enthusiastic and energetic person with exceptional people skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Team Leader who embodies a natural talent for connecting with others and fostering a positive team environment to join the Construction Division within Husqvarna Australia.
A hybrid role, this full-time position will be split between Wetherill Park - Sydney and Tuggerah - Central Coast with the ability for WFH negotiable.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and coaching a small team to deliver consistent high-quality support to Customers and Staff, and achieve team goals and objectives to ensure buy-in and ownership of the Construction Products business and its objectives.
- Monitor, prioritise, action and distribute incoming workload to ensure optimum team availability and response times, ensuring daily orders and service levels are managed to exceed customer expectations and targets.
- Improve overall customer satisfaction by coaching the team to ensure accurate sales order processing and information delivery.
- Assess & evaluate service performance and areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Identify and provide feedback to Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain teams on issues or trends impacting service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in Construction team meetings to ensure effective and up-to-date communication.
- Liaise with Tech Support and marketing teams ensuring update up-to-date information is accessible to external and internal customers.
- Identify performance development needs and develop training plans of the team/individuals and provide an environment that encourages personal and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Review and further develop an outbound call function to increase sales in key products.
Your Profile - skills and experience:
- 2-3 years recent and relevant Customer Service leadership experience
- 5 years' experience in a Customer Service, sales or marketing environment,
- Experience in inbound and outbound call functions
- Demonstrated people leadership and development skills.
- Proven financial and commercial understanding
- A personable approach and ability to build rapport that will empower you to bring out the best in your team.
