All Rounder Customer Service Team Members

We are seeking to recruit energetic, dedicated and customer orientated team players with exceptional Customer Service skills to join us. We are looking for people to work in the following areas:
- Reception
- Cellar
- Courtesy Bus
- Bar / Bisto / Gaming
To be considered for this role you must be available to work a mix of shifts including days, nights, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
We are looking for people who possess the following to work in one of our 4 venues located around the Illawarra:
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
- An outstanding Customer Service focus and the ability to deliver a high-level of service
- Friendly, outgoing, and hard-working
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated
- RSA & RCG competencies are required or willing to be obtained
- Prior experience of bar / gaming preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided.
