Position
A new position has been created to assist with our growth, as a Full-Time Employee.
The role is for a Customer Service role which involves but not limited to:
- Handling incoming calls
- Managing and delegating calls as required.
- Administrative Tasks and Reconciliation
- Assisting with Daily Reporting Tasks
- Liaising with Customers and Drivers throughout the days' activity.
- Utilizing Waste Industry Designed Software for our Customer Base
With our continued growth, we are looking for an extra person to work in Customer Service. The role involves direct contact with our customers, ensuring we provide the highest level of service at all times. The successful applicant must;
- Be hardworking and reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Be happy to grow within the role.
- Have a passion for an environmentally sustainable future.
- Previous waste industry experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Knowledge of Wastedge is desired, but can be trained on this.
- Full time position, excellent wages.
- 7am to 4pm, Monday - Friday
