The Opportunity
We are now seeking to appoint a positive & enthusiastic Casual Customer Service / Call Centre star to work with us. Transport, courier & taxi truck Experience is preferred, but your personality is more important.

About the Role
- Provide a first class ‘No Limits’ service experience for our customers
- Positively engage with customers via phone or email, & bookings system
- Respond to emails from our many customers & resolve escalations follow up deliveries
- Successfully prioritise incoming email and phone communications & multitask to efficiently deliver desired results within the required time frames
- Portray a professional, friendly image to positively reflect AustWIDE Freight to all internal personal and customers
- Communicate in a confident and friendly manner to resolve all enquiries in an a timely manner
- Promote positive relationships with all callers, whilst diplomatically managing individual call times
- Aim to support the growth of the business where required.
About You
- Experience in a Customer Service or call centre role preferred (not essential)
- Carrier or freight knowledge/background ideal (not essential)
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive, bright personality and a 'can-do' attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a warm, pleasant telephone manner
- Effective organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and multi-task
- A 'no limits' Customer Service philosophy and a keen work ethic
