For more than 60 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.Being in a customer-facing role with us, you’ll be supporting and managing the day-to-day operations while supporting the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. You’ll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met. Enjoy being part of a supportive team where we can offer work-life flexibility through our B-Flex program and opportunities for career development.What Will You Do?As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations you will be:providing personalised assistance to customers, handling inquiries and quotes via phone and emailpartnering closely with internal stakeholders including trades, commercial, and technical teams to exceed customer expectationsraising Work Orders for production, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing.implementation of process improvements to provide exceptional support to internal team members.More About YouBeing a reliable and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will also bring: exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbalexperience or exposure to the construction industry would be highly desiredhigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslythe ability to influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholdersproblem-solving skills and ability to liaise with management and relevant teams on a range of mattersdemonstrated computer literacy, with experience in data entry and MS OfficeWhy BlueScopeAs BlueScope continues to go from strength to strength, a career with us provides you with the opportunity to grow and be rewarded.
