We are recruiting for a Customer Service/Processing Officer for a fast-growing, dynamic Non-Profit, based in Scoresby.
Working as part of a large and friendly team you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service, dealing with queries both on the phone and through email correspondence.
You will also be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices ensuring all the matching, batching and coding is correct and that the relevant approvals for payment are in place.
You will be given full training to support a range of people calling in with queries regarding financial plan management for people with a disability.
Working from home 4 days out of 5, you will receive equipment to enable you to do your job efficiently remotely.
- Mon-Friday, 9-5 p.m.
- NDIS, WWCC, Police Check will all be required due to the nature of the industry
- 6 months initially, with potential to extend
- This position is based in Scoresby and you must have access to own transport
- $32.35 per hour plus super. Starting ASAP.
