About the Role:
- Follow up on missed payments
- Issue and manage all levy notices
- Process recovery actions as directed by strata managers or Executive Committees
- Handle payment plans per instructions from strata managers or Executive Committees
- Build relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders
- Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, timely, and professionally
