We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Office Manager to oversee our National Department and lead critical projects as directed by senior management, enhancing our overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting, staffing, and procurement, ensuring efficient resource utilisation and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, coordinate teams, manage vendor relations, and ensure projects align with organisational objectives.
- Establish and maintain SOPs, monitor performance, and implement strategies to optimise departmental operations.
- Conduct quarterly meetings, manage staff performance and compliance, and oversee training and staff relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a national or multi-location organisation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proficiency in resource management and operational oversight.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
