The Role
Part of the Customer Service team, you will be handling enquires, complaints & escalations, with your duties including but not be limited to:
- Manage the case from beginning to end with a proactive approach
- Proactive engagement on the ownership lifecycle of their vehicle (inbound and outbound)
- Attend to customer complaints, ensuring these are positively resolved within a timely manner
- Provide fast speed of response to customers through any channel, in line with KPI expectations
Hourly Rate: $33.96 per hour + super
Temp Ongoing: Potential to go permanent for the right candidate
Location: Norwest Business Park, 2153 - free parking available on-site
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience dealing with high volume complaints/escalations is a must (can be in person or in a call centre environment)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Call centre experience desirable
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
