Customer Solution Specialist - Entry Level Sales

As an Inbound Entry Level Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by handling incoming inquiries and converting leads into sales. This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Inbound Sales Agent will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and guide them through the sales process.

Working on behalf of our Energy client - onsite
Monday to Friday (rostering between 8am-7.15pm) - No Weekends
Hourly rate
Excellent commission + OTE structure
This role is full time, commencing on 2nd February 2024
Location - Wollongong
Who we are looking for:
Sales experience is preferable, customer service is a must (inbound sales, telesales, retail, customer service)
Excellent communication skills
Confidence in learning new systems and sales related software
A great attitude and motivation
Full time Work rights for a minimum 6 month period
