We have a great new opportunity for a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Customer Solutions team, based out of our Preston, VIC office!
About the role
In this role, you will have the chance to execute processes and plans aimed at delivering exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds the expectations of both customers and consumers.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Execute plans and processes to boost customer satisfaction.
- Embrace continuous improvement through feedback and engagement in improvement activities.
- Manage inquiries via various channels like email, incoming calls, messaging, and social media.
- Handle inventory management tasks such as processing orders, managing back orders, processing returns, and handling warranty inquiries.
About You
You pride yourself on your passion for business development and sales tenacity. You’ve honed your skills in customer service and you’re a talented communicator with great skill for being organised and showing attention to detail.
In addition, you will bring:
- Strong computer literacy particularly in Excel for reporting and data manipulation and the ability to learn new computer systems.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong administration and time-management skills.
- Possesses keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
- Demonstrates a quick learning ability, quickly grasping new concepts and processes.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a small, collaborative team.
- The ability to build rapport with all stakeholders with great interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of warehousing, order picking or receiving is advantageous.
