Cox Automotive Australia is a subsidiary of Cox Automotive US, the world’s largest automotive services and technology provider. Our local team of almost 600 team members work with automotive manufacturers, as well as an array of automotive dealers and with the corporate and government fleet sector. Our brands in Australia & New Zealand include Manheim Auctions (passenger, industrial and salvage), Kelley Blue Book, Sell My Car, and digital retailing solutions including LeadDriver and Xtime.

The role

Our high-performing and collaborative Customer Experience (CX) team is the heartbeat behind ensuring we provide a friendly, efficient and effective customer service to all of our clients. Playing a crucial role as a Customer Success Consultant, you will be the first point of call to handle technical questions and provide expert support to enable our clients to better connect with their customers.

Based at our office in Eagle Farm (QLD), our CX team operates Monday to Friday between 8am to 4pm for email and on call support.

Skills & Experience:

  • A passion for technology and customer service
  • Customer Service experience via different mediums (phone, email, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Previous experience with data aggregation, file transfers and word press
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills

Desirable but not essential:

  • Previous experience within a Tech Support/SME role
  • Previous experience using Zendesk Ticket Management software
  • Jira and/or SQL knowledge
  • A passion for or understanding of the automotive industry
