This SaaS business is the go-to for a broad range of government, advisory and private businesses, across a variety of industries (Private Equity, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Investment Banking and so on).
Their complex SaaS platform provides security in managing critical information and automating complex processes, trusted by big names such as Deloitte, Quantas, Visa, Goldman Sachs, and many more in 180 countries.
The Role & Responsibilities – Customer Success Executive
You will support customers using cloud-based software products, ensuring they maximise the use of the platform, and that all features and benefits are fully utilised.
- Serve as an expert and advocate for all business products and features
- Elevate customer service confidently with personalised onboarding, guidance, education, and training on the SaaS platforms.
- Proactively addressing customer technical inquiries and challenges
- Strategically identify opportunities for customer expansion and capitalise on upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Experience Required to Thrive in This Position
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Customer Success position
- Experience working with a SaaS platform is beneficial
- Thrive in a high-energy creative and metric-driven marketing team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - are highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
