About the Role
The Customer Success Manager looks after all aspects of operations of the Customer Experience department and ensures that they are carried out safely, efficiently and above all else, in a service orientated fashion. This role will work closely with the Facility Manager and department managers to drive a high performing team to meet health club membership targets, swim school and kids sports enrolment targets both through new memberships and enrolments as well as support membership, swim school , and kids sports retention.
A typical day might have you doing the following:
- Welcoming new and existing members
- Training new staff on how we operate
- Responding to customer queries by phone or in person
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
- Following up outstanding debtors
- Pro-actively marketing BlueFit’s products and services by managing the Customer Success team to call membership and swim school/ kids sports enquiries as per the BlueFit lead management process
- Work with the Facility Manager to ensure rosters are in set in line with target
- Support membership, swim school and kids sports retention
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience leading a small team
- Face to face customer service experience
- An inclusive approach to service. Our customer base is diverse and we love what this offers our workforce and want someone that can ensure all our customers feel welcome.
- This is not a 9 to 5 industry so we do need someone who can work regular weekends (on a rotating basis) and public holidays.
- Must be able to work early mornings and evenings in line with the centres opening hours and the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
