About The Role
As a Customer Success Representative at Bryant Dental, you’ll provide assistance to our customers and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
This role is a full-time role and primarily be based in-person at our Chatswood office.
About You
You have proven experience in customer-facing roles with a good working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools and are a champion for customer experience and continuous improvement.
As a confident multi-tasker with advanced communication and trouble-shooting skills, a calm and professional approach and a can-do attitude, you will be a wonderful addition to our young, energetic team who wants to bring out the best in you to create the best experiences for our customers.
Ideally you have a background of providing exceptional customer care within the healthcare or dental industry with an awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate with customers in-person, on the telephone and in emails with a positive tone and energetic work ethic.
- Order office supplies as needed and use the inventory control system.
- Embodying a customer-focused, thoughtful environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowing the Company’s products inside and out.
- Handle inbound and outbound mail including international shipments.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
- Take and process orders by phone, e-mail or electronic transfer and ensure these are confirmed in line with available capacity and stocks.
