Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable team players to join our Customer Success Team. We are a leading Energy Services Company operating since 2008 and are looking to expand our team to assist in both existing and new campaigns. Based in Sunshine West, this fast-paced role will see you manage leads while being a part of an established, friendly team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support and service to our clients seeking energy efficiency solutions. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by selling energy efficient products, addressing general enquiries, and guiding customers through the process of selecting the right products. 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Main point of contact for customers, actioning sales enquiries through inbound phone calls and lead generation; providing product information and support.

  • Guide customers through the process of understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and explaining the installation and implementation processes.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate order processing, including verifying customer information, pricing, and product availability.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates on their orders, or any other relevant information.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records, including contact details, interactions and order history in our CRMs; Hubspot and Dataforce.
  • Support new opportunities and existing enquiries via email templates and online chat.  
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs and preferences.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably in the energy efficiency industry or a related field
  • Stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of internal and external stakeholder relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate clearly with customers
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems, order processing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams
