How you will add value:
- Fully onboard our SMB customers who have just joined our platform through inbound/outbound calls, following a checklist to ensure they are set up for success
- Engage & nurture customers via different types of campaigns/strategies
- Manage, track and measure the performance of tradies campaigns
- Educate tradies on best practices for ROI
- Provide recommendations to ensure tradies are set
About you:
- Experience in a phone-based role making inbound/outbound calls, preferably in a sales environment
- Solution-based selling experience is desired but not essential
- Proven results against sales or similar KPIs
- Loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
