Job description

About the role:

Welcome and onboard our new customers onto the platform, and engage tradies by conducting nurturing conversations.

How you will add value:

  • Fully onboard our SMB customers who have just joined our platform through inbound/outbound calls, following a checklist to ensure they are set up for success
  • Engage & nurture customers via different types of campaigns/strategies
  • Manage, track and measure the performance of tradies campaigns
  • Educate tradies on best practices for ROI
  • Provide recommendations to ensure tradies are set

About you:

  • Experience in a phone-based role making inbound/outbound calls, preferably in a sales environment
  • Solution-based selling experience is desired but not essential
  • Proven results against sales or similar KPIs
  • Loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
