E-Core is the leading fire door core supplier to the Australian market. With a committment to ongoing research and development in the testing of fire resistant door systems, we have a comprehensive range of independently tested systems and approved products. Our ethos of continued research and development will ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry into the future.

This is a full-time role based in our Banyo office. The Customer Supply Chain Support plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from the manufacturer to the customer. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with Customers, Technical team, Suppliers, Logistics and Warehouse teams to meet customer demands and maintain overall Supply Chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Receive, process and manage customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain proactive and clear communication with Customers on status of deliveries.
  • Place supplier orders for both stock and direct shipments to Customers.
  • Coordinate with product supplier, logistics supplier, warehouse and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Optimise stock levels to meet customer demand while minimise carrying costs and excess inventory.
  • Manage process of recharging third parties for requested tests and assessments.
  • Manage new Customer and Supplier system setup.
  • Provide administration support to the Technical team.
  • Manage the quoting, invoice and ordering of client test or assessment process.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary by the team.

YOUR SKILLS

With a background in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Support, you bring strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent organizational abilities. Your detail-oriented and dynamic approach allows you to manage tasks effectively, while your interpersonal strengths make you a collaborative team player. Committed to positive change, your knowledge of the SAP ERP system is a bonus. Overall, you're well-equipped to contribute valuably to any team.

  • Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain Support.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing Customer concerns.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system preferred but not essential.
