Randox Laboratories currently has 2 vacancies for a target driven individual in the position of a Customer Support Advisor to join our dynamic and growing Customer Support Team. This is an office-based position covering Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia. As a Customer Support Advisor, you would contribute to the company’s overall growth and profitability by developing and maintaining effective advise to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
The role:
- - Responsible for maintaining excellent standards of Customer Support and after sales service to customers across the Australia
- - Supporting the sales and technical support team answering customer enquiries including product and order queries
- - Assisting with registration and enrolment for Randox QAP scheme (RIQAS) - Supporting regional customers with regular phone calls and emails to ensure satisfaction with Randox products and to ensure awareness of new products available which may be of interest (telesales).
- - Contacting new and existing customers to bring in new business and upsell. Generating new sales leads for the wider sales team (telesales)
- - Completion of daily and weekly reporting
- - Maintaining a sound working knowledge of the specific products chosen to sell and support.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life science or business-related discipline.
- Experience working in customer service.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to communicate complex information in an easily understood way.
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales or Telesales experience.
- Previous experience with CRM, email marketing Software and our website CMS.
- Scientific background or work experience in science related industry will be highly regarded.
