Based at our Murdoch Gardens Care Community, you will work alongside the leadership team, leading our sales and resident admissions by following up on leads, touring families, generating contracts via Sales Force and building relationships with hospitals and the local community.
Role responsibilities and requirements:
- Full-Time role working Monday - Friday
- Experience in Sales/Administration roles (Aged Care Preferred)
- Self-driven individual with great attention to details
- Demonstrated understanding of sales processes
- Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
- Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
- Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
- Excellent stakeholder management and team-building skills
- Reception and other administration duties where required
