Customer Support Officer

Troocoo are partnering with a well established Queensland based organisation that prides themselves on making a positive difference within our community. Our client has seen significant success due to their customer first approach and ability to deliver industry leading results. Thus, we have multiple positions available for the role of Claims Consultant.

As a Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end claims management, developing strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and interpreting insurance policies. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service including management of claims, communication and enquiries.
• Ensuring all matters are handled within legislative requirements and in line with internal policies/procedures.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the timely and quality management of claims.
• Ensure all required documentation is obtained, verify quality of files and maintain data integrity.

The role will require a willingness and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer centric environment. Possessing strong communication skills will not only give you the ability to effectively manage the process but to build confidence within your key stakeholder groups. Given the nature of the day to day, you pride yourself on your skills to priorities effectively whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy across your workload.
