We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team on a permanent basis.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Liaising with and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring all queries are responded to within a timely manner
- Providing Mobile Device Lifecycle management and support services that exceed customer expectations
- Analysing the business environment and identifying client needs.
- Generating client and team reports, and interpreting complex data related to technology networks.
- Liaising with and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring all queries and investigations are responded to within a timely manner, with relevant reporting.
- Ensuring policy compliance and quality of service delivery.
- Collaborating with technical teams, partners, and modelling experts to develop and deliver business solutions.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-focused support role, within an ICT or telecommunications environment.
- High level understanding of the telecommunications and IT industry, products and technology.
- Ability to engage professionally with clients and vendors at all user and management levels.
- High level of business report writing skills to deliver complex findings and recommendations.
- Acute attention to detail and ability to think laterally.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills to meet customer expectations.
- Effective oral & written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira Service desk and Confluence applications will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with relevant telecommunications Service desks is desirable.
