We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, to join our Software Licensing Customer Support team based in Adelaide on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid work available.

In this role you will provide support to Account Executives and Account Managers to achieve sales targets through:

  • Timely response to all internal & external queries
  • Accurate and timely preparation of quotations using Portal & other applications as necessary
  • Assistance with sales proposal preparation
  • Preparation of Customer price lists and distribution
  • Examining back order reports and serving as the point of contact for addressing issues and inquiries related to order fulfilment
  • Developing & maintaining close working relationships with all stakeholders ie., external & internal clients, to ensure quality customer service ensuring long-term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers’ expectations
  • Assisting Account Executives/Managers with forecasting, account planning updates, and debtor management
  • Attending trade and customer events where relevant
  • Sourcing, quoting and supplying products to achieve maximum competitive advantage and revenue to Data#3 and understand suppliers of preference
  • Acquiring and maintaining licensing knowledge across our key vendors
  • Assistance with input of Tenders as required

About You

  • You will have proven experience in a sales administration or customer-focused support role, in an ICT environment and:
  • Effective negotiation and problem-resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated capability to acquire IT product knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy, including MS Office products, particularly Word & Excel and experience using the Internet.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders
