Your new role
We are currently working on a range of PERMANENT Customer Service positions with multiple clients located on the outskirts of the CBD and we are seeking candidates who are Customer Service champions and can provide a first class service when interacting over the phone.
Base salary packages range from $70,000 - $76,000 and some of our Customer Service roles have potential on target earnings of up to $140,000 per annum!
About you:
- Customer service experience from any industry - retail, hospitality, travel, aviation, finance, insurance, sales etc
- You will have the natural ability and desire to help others as well as building trusting relationships
- Excellent Customer Service and sales experience is a bonus too!
- Team player, driven and goal orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong drive for continuous improvement and career progression
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You thrive in busy environments
- You're empathetic, compassionate & professional
- Want to work in a phone based environment

Hours:
- Full-time rotating roster 8.00am-6.30pm
- Monday - Friday - NO weekend work!
