This is unlike most retail store opportunities because at Bupa you’ll be surrounded by supportive colleagues and leaders that give you the trust and time to interact with customers to deliver health solutions and claim resolutions that are meaningful.
Based at our Bupa Retail Store - Box Hill, this position is full time permanent working 38 hours/5 days per week which will include rotating Saturdays. Full time training will commence in your first 4-6 weeks starting Monday 22 April 2024.
Taking a first-class service approach, you will be working towards customer growth activities that will include:
- Providing individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on the customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.
- Working within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
- Assist our existing Bupa members in their day-to-day transactions and ensuing they understand the full value of their product.
What you’ll need:
A proactive approach, passionate about your service delivery and driven to achieve great results. And you have:
- Previous experience in a highly focussed sales and customer service role
- Willingness to assist customers with a variety of general and complex queries.
- Ability to work towards achieving set store sales target.
- Drivers Licence (essential for community visits)
- Second language Mandarin or Cantonese (required)
