The founders are a collective of entrepreneurs, successful investors and experienced business professionals having run various medium sized businesses from start up phase with an unstoppable vision to fulfill the company’s purpose and are looking to mentor and groom key talent to help them achieve their vision for the company. The Role & Expectations

  • Onboarding of all customers that includes but not limited to; script architecture, recordings, sales process overhaul, streamline all required voice assets to develop, test and launch custom AI with tech development team and oversee scaling campaign role out with internal and external sales teams
  • Implementation and oversight of this strategy and plan created by sales team
  • Account management tasks in line with scaling plan to achieve ‘upsell’ and ‘cross sell’ opportunities and KPIs including generating referrals and customer testimonial case studies
  • Ongoing service of clients and ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Career progression for over achievers
  • Diversity and ability to implement new ideas and ventures
  • Responsible for KPIs around account management, retention, customer satisfaction and sales
  • Working with founders and all team members relevant to your role
  • OTE - on target earnings
  • Uncapped commissions and 7 figure earning potential
  • Ability to work with, direct, coordinate and manage multiple people for specific roles 
  • Preferred tech knowledge, interest and enthusiasm
  • Ability to problem solve both individually and collaboratively
  • Confidence to contribute and battle test your perspective 
  • Passion and ability to learn and grow quickly
  • Ability to be self motivated and work independently


Service Fee & OTE On Target Earnings
 

  • $60,000 per annum base service fee + 20% contractor entitlements
  • Hourly commissions per AI Consultant (AIC) commission structure on upsells for both internal and external sales paid ongoing every hour, day, week, month and year for the lifetime of the client
  • Completely uncapped earning potential with extraordinary 12 month goals and new product revenue streams
  • Employment via a contractor services agreement that will be supplied
