Qube Bulk has a position vacant for a road transport Dangerous GoodsCoordinator to join the Qube Bulk team at our Kalgoorlie Depot.

This position is responsible for ensuring that work by Qube complies with all client, regulatory and company responsibilities, including safety, by managing the effective delivery of product supply and Rail Services to our Clients.

Key Duties

  • Leadership and Supervision of the Dangerous Goods team
  • Customer liaison and interface
  • Ensuring staff have skills required to undertake tasks as designated.
  • Conduct safety interactions with team and clients while building positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and maximise the performance of the QUBE onsite team 
  • Forecast and track MTD actual product delivery
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting and ensure compliance of all fleet.
  • Meet pre-determined KPIs and actively participate in performance reviews
  • Ensure workforce roster planning and leave management is undertaken to meet client needs
  • Ensure QUBE Procedures and Policies, and those related to Client Operations are understood and adhered to
  • Ensure vehicle and driver compliance of all relevant HSE, Client, and Qube policies and procedure and road rules

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Holding or working towards a Cert IV in Frontline Management or equivalent (Desirable)
  • A minimum of 5 years within the Heavy Transport industry in a similar role 
  • Current valid Motor Vehicle Driver’s License
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Extensive experience in managing a large industrial workforce
  • Understanding of the transport of Dangerous Goods
  • Experience with WA Fatigue would be an advantage
