Job description
MC/HC Truck Driver - Fuel Delivery
Tas Petroleum is a family-owned wholesale fuel distributor that delivers to all regions of Tasmania.
We currently have a vacancy for a driver based in Hobart.
The shift comprises a minimum of 72 hours per fortnight.
Some overtime and additional shifts will be required to cover other drivers leave.
The following are essential requirements:
- Current and valid MC or HC Licence.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices, including fatigue management.
- Knowledge of basic manual handling procedures.
- Strong work ethic.
- Customer service.
- Sound communication skills.
These are desirable and/or would be advantageous:
- Fuel’s experience.
- Basic Fatigue Management.
- Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence.
- Safe Load Pass (SLP).
(Fatigue Management, Dangerous Goods & SLP licence training can be provided for the right applicant)
