Responsibilities include:
- Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and data quality checks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Key Qualifications:

- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Possess 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the financial services or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiar with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or AWS.
- Experience in Python is required for this position.
- Skilled in tools such as Slack, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and Tableau.
- Possesses full working rights in Australia.
- Experience in renowned firms like the Big 4 or major banks is beneficial.
