This people-focused role is responsible for proactively working across the Blackmores Group to help teams solve business issues by bringing data to life. You will ensure their requirements are understood, documented and implemented by the Group Data Team. You will use your understanding of data and data modelling to understand how requirements can be delivered using new and existing data assets, resulting in high performing data models that support reporting and analysis using Power BI.

Responsibilities include:
- Understand complex business challenges that can be solved through manipulating and reusing existing data sets
- Build and maintain high value relationships with key SLT members across a diverse range of functions and countries.
- Work with the IT business partners to keep them informed and up to date with emerging requirements from their respective business teams
- Using world class tools like JIRA, Confluence and Miro, you will provide high quality requirements to the Group Data team to build comprehensive data solutions that drive business value
- Excellent communication and listening skills to map verbal and written requirements to Epics and User Stories
Who are you?
- Enthusiasm for data and using data to help solve business problems. You could be a junior looking to step up into your next role and develop business analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to produce written documentation for a non-technical audience including business process maps, user stories and logical data models
- Technical experience with Kimball and Data modelling techniques highly regarded
- High EQ, strong at building and maintaining relationships, holds people to account.
- Proven experience that demonstrates an understanding of data management, the data lifecycle, data warehouses, business intelligence and metadata management.
- Experience working with data warehouses that source data from multiple platforms (JD Edwards, SAP, CRMs, EPM, Product Management tools).
