Leveraging Levy Australia’s cutting-edge, guest-centric approach your role will be integral in allowing our teams to deliver legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world’s biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:
- Play a pivotal role in leading a complete business through major sporting and entertainment events.
- Data transformation: develop a yearly Data & Analytic roadmap that is instrumental in a premium service experience.

The Position:
- Lead and manage Data Analytics activities within the M&OP and TA Catering Services Teams.
- Provide digital solutions for asset data management and sustainability improvement.
- Improve data transfer processes with service delivery partners, site inspection, and project teams.
- Compile, benchmark, and analyse performance indicators related to asset performance, data quality, maintenance history, and service costs.
- Develop insights and recommendations for relevant managers in line with performance requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with contract support, operational services teams, clients, and subcontractors.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline – e.g. Maths, Engineering, Science, IT or Commerce
- Technical competencies in data management, modelling, geospatial modelling, statistical analysis, visualisations, commercial problem-solving, creativity, communication, project management, and leadership.
- Ability to draw and articulate clear commercial insights from large and varied operational data sets
- Experience in data visualisation (eg. Microsoft Power BI and Tableau)
- Strong Excel experience with programming languages (SQL, Python, R)
- Good understanding of data governance, data security and privacy
