SalaryOn behalf of a State Government Department, we are looking for a Data Analyst - Business Support Officer to provide analytical and reporting support to the projects team.
This role is a 12 month assignment based in Parramatta (hybrid working) paying $50-$57.28 per hour + super. They are looking to recruit this role permanently within the next 12 months so strong potential of extension and/or permanence.
Duties will include:
- Assist in the timely extraction, harmonisation and consolidation of project metrics for reporting. Utilising TRIM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Update reports, ensuring they are version and change controlled - archived in an organised and easily retrievable manner for future reference
- Supports Data Modelling, mapping, cleansing and maintaining consistency in data quality and hierarchy, ensuring efficient compilation of monthly reports
- Providing accurate and timely business and administrative support functions to managers and staff, including document control management and functions to support delivery outcomes
