The Service Performance team strive to maximise the efficiency & effectiveness of our services, improve the scalability and access to our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
This role delivers data & insights on our Service Delivery for Veterans to enable data-driven decision making and deliver tangible business outcomes. The majority of this role will be utilise a combination of Tableau and Excel to support the development and delivery of dashboards and adhoc reporting for Mates4Mates. The remainder of the role will supporting the Veteran Services team with CRM enhancements and front-end user support.
What’s required to succeed:
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Service Performance, the Data Analyst will be tech savvy, a fast learner and love the idea of immersing yourself in data to drive meaningful outcomes. You will also be flexible and nimble to support change.
- Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is highly regarded
- Strong working knowledge of Tableau
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with significant experience focused on Reporting, Data Analytics and visualisation skills.
- A broad understanding of reporting and Business Intelligence concepts and practices including Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Data Science.
- High level of proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, functions, formulas etc)
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, SSRS (desirable)
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable)
- Exposure to a service delivery environment and commercial experience is highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and organisational skills to balance multiple projects.
- Highly numerate with strong IT, data and analytical capabilities.
