We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person with great attitude that will fit into our small team. You will be working in a busy, but supportive and fun environment.
Your role will be to assist our commercial property management department in an administration support role. Although a real estate background would be helpful it is not critical as we are looking for the right person first with an attitude to learn and grow.
We are looking for a mature person with some administration experience for a part time role with a flexible routine for the right person.
Initially approximately 20 hours per week.

The Position
- Part Time Position
- Real Estate Industry experience is preferred but not critical
- Taking phone enquiries, emailing, relaying messages, meeting & greeting clients.
- Process Listings and Sales Files
- Liaising with Owners & Tenants
- Account & Creditor Payments
- Printing, emailing owner & tenant statements
- In House PA duties
