Data And Machine Learning Engineer

Sairam Technologies, an IT consulting and services company based in Victoria, is seeking a Data and Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge Machine Learning software solutions.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Write high-quality, production-level Python code.
• Utilize Python ML packages, develop and implement best practice ML model management and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain code adhering to best practices and software engineering standards.
• Experience with automated Machine Learning (AutoML) tools and libraries.
• Use version control systems and engage in paired programming with team members.
• Work within an Azure cloud environment, with experience in other cloud frameworks considered.
• Gain an understanding of data pipelines, Docker, and containers.
• Collaborate with the team using PyTorch and ONNX.
• Leverage SQL databases and explore opportunities for database automation or Vector database implementation.
• Proficiency in selecting appropriate evaluation metrics, cross-validation strategies, and statistical techniques to assess model performance accurately.
